New and old members gathered in Liverpool for a coffee and then a convoy run to the beautiful PepperGreen wine estate on the edge of pretty Berrima in the NSW Southern Highlands. It was a wonderful sight to see as our Maserati convoy make its way down the freeway.
After an extensive and satisfying tasting of premium wines amidst log fires and convivial conversation the group headed to the famous Surveyor General Inn where we were made most welcome and provided with traditional and very tasty pub food including some free deserts!
Everyone agreed that a return to the Inn was something we all would do. The day ended all too soon but everyone commented that the Club Run's are a fantastic opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new ones.
