Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy for our products:

Return Window:
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Condition:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Any item that has been used cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective Products:
If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund or replacement.
We may ask for pictures or additional details to process the return.

Return Process:

You will be provided with instructions for returning the item.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed and the item is received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective.

Exclusions:
Certain items such as clearance or final sale products may not be eligible for return. Please check product details for eligibility.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the item is defective or an error was made in the shipment.
