We will meet at Café Patina Wahroonga for coffee at 10.30am and by 11.15am we will depart along the old route of the Pacific Highway up to Mt White where our lunch experience will await at New Saddles at 12pm.
Note: Saddles is under new ownership since our last visit and they have invited us to come and try the new menu. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Saddles is a dining venue inspired by its surrounding bush landscape. The 10 hectare property situated in Mount White with a name that takes inspiration from the craftsmanship of Heath Harris, an artisan saddler who has worked with John Singleton in crafting saddles for his nearby Strawberry Hills Stud, and who has designed unique saddle chairs for the dining room’s brass-scalloped bar.
Eatery and bakehouse operated by Cameron & Hayley Cansdell. Together, they own other Central Coast establishments including bombini restaurant at Avoca Beach and fish dining at Point Frederick.
