The 2022 Formula 1 Grand Prix Calendar has been released and we are excited to be holding Targa Florio Australia in the lead up to the Australian F1 GP which has been announced as 8th – 10th April 2022. What a fun filled week that will be!
Event start at lunch at the beautiful Point Leo Estate. Competitors will arrive and complete documentation with plenty of time to enjoy the sculpture park and lunch before the official start to the 2022 event. Day 1 will be a half day driving the sweeping curves to Arthurs Seat and winding the roads down into Flinders where the main street will be closed for the community to come out and enjoy watching us compete down Cook St. We look forward to a lively Monday afternoon fun followed by dinner and accommodation at the renowned Flinders Hotel.Day 2 - Tuesday 5th April 2022
Competitors will enjoy the roads of the Mornington Peninsula with a stop at the Tyabb airfield, a drive around Westernport Bay into west Gippsland, competition and lunch at the Korumburra Showgrounds and then we head to Inverloch for a competition stage at the Marina and a special night at award winning RACV Inverloch.
Day 3 - Wednesday 6th April 2022
Leaving Inverloch the competition will head through the Italian community of Mirboo North and to the Haunted Hills track for a fun drive around and lunch. Then taking in some of Victoria’s great driving roads up into the mountains, through Noojee and back down to the Healesville. We look forward to a fun afternoon with the community in Healesville before a beautiful dinner and night at the RACV Resort.
Day 4 - Thursday 7th April 2022
From Healesville to Seymour, the foothills of Mt Macedon. Then from Macedon to Albert Park for an exciting finish.
