9:30 am - 2:30 pm
Maserati mid-week run to Ambrosia Seafood Restaurant, Silverdale via Warragamba Dam.
We will meet in the McDonalds Car at the M4 Service Centre at Eastern Creek for coffee at 9.30am. We will point our Maseratis west as we head for the Mulgoa Road exit from the Motorway. From there we will head south through the country side, then the Mulgoa, Wallacia and Warragamba villages before arriving at Warragamba Dam itself. We will have time to inspect the visitors centre and head down onto the Dam wall to view the storage and the great structure (it may even be spilling water). Our restaurant awaits and so around 11.40 am we will head the short distance to the famous Olive Farm where our restaurant sits amongst the groves. After our sumptuous lunch there will be time to purchase produce in the farm shop. By 2.30pm we should be ready to take our various routes home.Venue: Ambrosia Seafood Restaurant
