Dear Club Maserati Members
You are invited to a Special Members evening to be held at McCarroll’s Maserati Showroom at 862-874 Elizabeth Street, Waterloo on Wednesday 16 August 2023 from 6.45pm to 8.30pm.
A Special General Meeting will be held from 7pm to 7.15pm.
The purpose of the Meeting is to formally adopt certain amendments to the Club’s Constitution as per the Special Resolution attached.
The intention is to propose the resolution as a Special Resolution in accordance with section 39 of the Act.

We hope you will be able to join us at this Special General Meeting and the following Members evening.
The evening will begin with Club Formalities in regard to the constitution, there will be updates and suggestions that members are invited to contribute towards, new members will be introduced and McCarroll's will provide an update on activities, supper will be provided afterwards. Please come along and support your club, new members are particularly welcome to attend and introduce themselves.
