Friday 6/3
Meet at Cafe Patina at 8.30-9am for coffee, firm 9.30am departure.
Travel the M1 to Nabiac Motorcycle Museum and lunch at the local Bakery.
After lunch we depart for Cassegrain Winery, Port Macquarie for tasting and tour at 3.30pm
After tasting we head to our accommodation for the evening. After check in relax or take a walk along the waterfront. Suggest staying at South Pacific apartments nearby to the restaurant. Book early.
6.30pm dinner at the famous Stunned Mullet Restaurant.
Saturday 7/3
9am after breakfast we depart for Kempsey and the Slim Dusty Museum.
From Kempsey we will head up to Dorrigo for a tree top walk, viewing of the Railway graveyard and then back to Bellengen for lunch and a stroll/shop.
After lunch we will head into Coffs Harbour. Options to visit before or after traveling to our accommodation, are The Big Banana, Art Gallery or the Clog Barn. We will check in to the Opal Cove resort relax or go for a stroll through the gardens. Book accommodation early.
6.30 for 7pm dinner in the resort restaurant.
Sunday 8/3
After Breakfast we will head south again to the beautiful Foster for a long 2,5hr lunch cruise on Wallis Lake departing at 11.30 am.
At 2pm we return to our cars. Those heading home can say goodbye now, those looking for an extra days' adventure will head to Rick Steins at Soldier Point where we will check into Bannisters hotel, relax and prepare for a Rick Stein experience on Sunday evening at 6pm (10 places available). Please book your accommodation early as it is popular.
Monday 9/3
Free to depart for home at leisure or continue to explore the Port Stephens area.
We require a $100 deposit for activities we need to pay in advance, note to book early as the weekend will book out quickly.
